About What a Gwaan National

What a Gwaan – National was created in 2020 by the JCAA in Calgary as an experiment to connect with potential members via social media. After thousands of views, it has since grown to become a major voice and source of information, entertainment and connection for Jamaicans in Canada.

The program shares stories and information from all across the country. It is now a collaboration between Jamaican associations in Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, and Winnipeg.
